Melodrawmatic Cinematics is based in Brooklyn, NY. Services are only provided in the NYC- metropolitan area, which includes areas like Yonkers, Jersey City, and Long Island.

Like most New Yorkers, Melodrawmah doesn't drive (yet), therefore, a travel fee is REQUIRED for these regions if additional EQUPTMENT is needed.

For outdoor shoots, YES! You will have the option to add an additional 20 min ($20), 40 min ($40) or 60 min ($60), as long as Melodrawmah is available.

In the case of studio shoots, it will vary depending on owner of the studio and their availibity. If you feel you need additional time, contact Melodrawmah 72 hours before your shoot date!

For event packages , If your event may extend past the duration in your bundle, please contact Melodrawmah 72 hours before your shoot to adjust your package.

All shoots extending past 6 hours will require a 30 minute break for your photographer, Melodrawmah. All shoots extending past 8 hours will require an hour break for your photographer, Melodrawmah.

Melodrawmah shoots with 'Seventeen', their prized Canon T5i DSLR. They shoot using a wide angle (18-55mm) and telephoto (55-250mm) lens. For lighting, they use : Mini LED Camera Light (for all shoots). For indoor events, they have two professional soft box lights.

In the case that your event will be in a dim-lit setting (concert, parties, etc.) or at night, please specify when booking a service. If Melodrawmah is not informed ahead of time that additional light is required, you will not be refunded/reimbursed for underexposed photos or videos.

When booking with Melodrawmatic Cinematics, you automatically get 1-2 complimentary prints, just select which edited image you would like to be printed in your gallery!

Additional prints will be an extra fee, prices will vary depending on sizes. Available options are: 4x6" and 8x10" prints.

No. Only in the case of a SEVERE emergency (ex: you are hospitalized, called to serve our country in the service, etc.), but PROOF is needed for a refund.

In the case that you have to RESCHEDULE your service, please notify Melodrawmah 48 hours before your session to reschedule. Your deposit fee will be applied to the new scheduled date.

For ALL services, a 50% deposit fee is REQUIRED. NO CASH ACCEPTED! So if your package is $100 for instance, you are REQUIRED to pay a $50 deposit to book! If your service is $200, a $100 deposit fee is required, and so on.

Deposits need be placed a least ONE WEEK prior to your shoot, unless it is a pop-up gig, (ex: musician gets booked last minute to perform at a venue).

YES! All clients are allowed 1 guest. If you are under 18, an adult must accompany you!

However, keep in mind- this is a photography shoot, not a networking event! Your guest WILL not be photographed. Any additional persons that would like to be photographed with Melodrawmatic Cinematics MUST be added to your service 72 hours in advance, and will result in an upcharge in fee, as packages like prints need to be adjusted to accommodate the number of models.

If you guest is too disrupted or distracting during a session, they will be asked to leave.

Once you book a service and sign the contract agreement, all photos taken by Melodramatic Cinematics will be DUALLY owned by yourself and Melodrawmah. However, your photos will NOT be watermarked with my logo. Only watermarked images will be used for Melodrawmah's portfolio, such as on Adobe Behance and Instagram.

If you are a business owner, event organizer, influencer, etc. that would like your watermark to be placed on images for promotion, send a CLEAR, TRANSPARENT PNG file of your logo 24 hours prior to your session to melodrawmatic.cinematics@gmail.com.

In you contract, you are consenting that any photos posted on social media must tag @melodrawmatic_cinematics or @melodrawmah as your photographer, depending on the social media platform.

Unfortunately, no, as other people on set may be allergic or pets may not be allowed in the studio.

No, unless your child is one of the models booked for a service.

Melodrawmah understands as an educator that sometimes babysitting is hard to secure, but the equipment on set is very delicate, expensive, and can even be hazardous to children (ex: overheated lights).

Even with an outdoor shoot, if there is no extra hands on deck, Melodrawmah CAN'T keep eyes on your child AND take photos.

No. Some studios may have their own props already. As we partner together to book a studio space, we can find ones with props.

Melodrawmah will also be your creative consultant- assisting you with any creative direction or required props for your shoot. If you are unable to pick up needed props due to time or location, please contact Melodrawmah a WEEK in advance to all them time to purchase props. If you need Melodrawmah to pick the items up, you must send the money and prop list in advance. Travel fee may be included.

Once you are notified that your proofs (raw, unedited, watermarked photos) are uploaded to this site, you will receive a password link to access your gallery and select the photo and video footage you want edited.

After that, allow Melodrawmah 1-2 weeks for photo edits, 2-3 weeks for reels, and 3-6 weeks for video footage. If you book an event bundle, expect 2-6 weeks as well. In a 'busy' season (Halloween, Christmas, Graduation, etc.), expect DELAYS, in which Melodrawmah will give you an ESTIMATE on how long it will take.

'Outdoor' shoots include public spaces, such as malls, subway stations, stores, offices, amusement parks etc.

If you are booking an lifestyle shoot and want an indoor location, a CONSULTATION with Melodrawmah is REQUIRED before booking, as every space may not permit photographs or permission must be granted for shooting (ex: schools, private buildings, small businesses, etc.) Consultations are FREE and OPTIONAL for all other services!

A 'Nightlife' fee is required for outdoor shoots taken during nighttime or in event spaces that DO NOT include additional lighting.

This is because the science that goes behind the art of photography. The darker your scene/ setting is, the more manual work or additional light your photographer needs to provide in order to ensure you photos are not 'grainy' or 'underexposed'.

Regarding your photos, as stated in your contract- Melodrawmah has a specific shooting and editing style.

Similar to their drawings, their editing style plays heavily on contrast, vibrance and saturation. Look through Melodrawmah's 'Porfolio' or 'Client Gallery' pages on the website to have an idea of their editing style.

Melodrawmah DOES NOT edit in the style of other artists- ONLY exception is if the session is for a BRAND or CLIENT with a specific branding style (ex: performers, podcasts, influencers). In this case, you or your REPRESENTATIVE (ex: Manager/ Agent) MUST book a REQUIRED consultation before your session. Additional fees will apply.

Of course! A shoot in black in white will not change the price of your package, but it MUST BE stated during the initial booking process.

Monochrome (one color) edits are an additional $20 for shoots, even if it select images. Book a FREE consultation with Melodrawmah if you have any questions!

YES! There are 3 Video Bundles- Music Videos, Camera Operator & 'LIVE' Videography Bundles!

Video services are also included in some bundles for now- specifically for concerts, BTS, and event bundles!

To an extent.. yes! You have the choice to pick your own song (be mindful of copyright laws!). Take a look at Melodrawmah's reels on this website, Instagram (@melodrawmatic_cinematics) or on TikTok (@melodrawmah). Melodrawmah will give you TWO chances to review + suggest any edits after their first draft of your reel or video is done. After that, there will be an additional $30 fee for edit adjustments, and up to TWO additional revisions after the fee. (Keep in mind Melodrawmah is not just an editor, but a multidisciplinary artist with other clients and projects. Therefore, they can not keep tweaking your edits for a long period of time. Any concerns, you can book one more additional free consultation after your shoot to ensure you get the best service out of your package!

For studio shoots, yes you can! However, your session time and complimentary print quantities will remain the same.

For outdoor shoots, unfortunately no, as bathrooms/ changing rooms may not be accessible and cut into shoot time.
